The new sony Re-Ups First-Look Cope With Escape Artists

The new sony has extended its first-look non-exclusive cope with Escape Artists, the indie film and television production outfit that's been based in the studio since 1998. Escape Artists, capped by Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch, is behind such recent films because the Quest For Happyness, Seven Pounds and also the Taking Of Pelham 1 2 3 and it is focusing on several projects such as the Meryl Streep-Tommy Lee Johnson-Steve Carell starrer Great Hope Springs, that is looking for next December. We've been partners with Todd, Jason, and Steve for over a decade and that we have confidence in them unconditionally for any simple reason: they've first-rate taste,” stated The new sony Pictures Entertainment co-chair Amy Pascal, who made the announcement from the three-year extension today alongside Columbia Pictures leader Doug Belgrad. “They carefully pick the projects that they would like to make and they've a very focused and disciplined development process. We couldn’t become more thrilled to carry on our collaboration together. The audience’s other projects in development range from the Nicholas Stollar and Jason Segel collaboration Sex Tape The Equalizer, an adaptation from the TV series and Masters From The World, in line with the Mattel toy line. Escape Artists also offers projects setup at other galleries including Gospel For Teens, with different an hour segment that'll be created with Chris Meledrandi and Illumination Entertainment at Universal.
