it takes place in the future. Main character is female. sexy. kind of
like ultra violet, aeon flux type movie. other main character is a
girl (young) scientist. Her dad is a scientist and owns the lab. Movie
starts with sexy female's evil "brother" breaks into the lab. kills
people and takes something. Countdown is set for big explosion. one
scene, trying to buy a bomb from "terrorist". bomb is needed for a
good purpose.. save the world. prove the girls father was a good guy.
also people disappear to a "place" and evil guy drains all the info
from there head. they become stupid/useless.,... only guy who knows
where the lab is was mostly brain drained but not total. also
robot/nano sharks and things can be purchased in the future pseudo
apocalyptic
i think there is a scene with a road in the desert to a GATE OR PORTAL
all by itself. nothing else around it, but if u go through you end up
in a different place, but just looks like colums until you pass into
it
